      How we count words and pages

      Every price is based on your source document — the file you send us, not the translation.

      When you order online, your files are counted automatically and you pay right away. We check every count before we start: if your document is shorter than counted, we refund the difference; if it is more than one page longer, we contact you first, and you can pay the difference or cancel for a full refund. When you request a quote instead, the quoted price is final.

      Immigration & official use

      Certified translations for USCIS

      Any document in a foreign language submitted to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services must come with a full English translation. Under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3), the translator must certify that the translation is complete and accurate, and that they are competent to translate from the foreign language into English.
